1. If the admission of a student is done by the University/College due to some technical error and later on the admission is cancelled after the error comes to light, then 100 percent fee will be refunded.
2. If the admission of any candidate is cancelled after the case of him getting admission on the basis of forged certificates or on the basis of concealment of any fact comes to light, then no fee will be refunded.
3. If the admitted student cancels his admission till the last date of admission on the basis of first waiting list during the period of the prevailing admission process, then 100 percent fee will be refunded to the candidate.
4. If the admitted student cancels his admission till one working day before the last date of application of open preference list, then 80 percent of the deposited fee will be refunded.
5. If the admission is cancelled by the admitted student on or after the last date of application for open preference list as per the admission programme, no fee will be refunded.
1. If a student deposits double fee, the entire fee will be refunded once.
2. If a student deposits fee but the form is not issued, the entire fee will be refunded.
3. If a student deposits fee for a wrong course, the fee will be refunded after deducting 20%.
4. Only those students who apply within one month of depositing the fee will be refunded as mentioned above. Applications received after one month will not be considered.
